Meet Julia
Born and raised in London, after graduating from the London School of Economics with a degree in Economics, Julia started her career in finance in the City of London before taking a career break to raise her family of four children. In 2006, she and her young family were relocated to the USA for her husband’s work. Since then Julia and her family have lived in Greenwich for over 17 years and have never looked back, she loves living in Greenwich and enjoys sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for the area with her clients!
Despite the challenges of moving with 4 young children, supported by a strong team, her move was an easy and rewarding experience! Inspired by her own successful international moving experience, she seeks to provide the highest level of service to make sure everyone she works with on their house hunt has the same seamless and positive moving experience she did and to help them make the right choices for their family, lifestyle, and budget, whether looking for a rental or to purchase a house.
Julia offers clear and steady guidance throughout the process of buying, selling, or renting a house. She works with both local and international families and works with sellers as well as buyers. She offers a unique perspective having been through a relocation herself and then having worked as an educational and relocation consultant in Greenwich for many years prior to becoming a NAR Member in 2019 when she successfully transacted over $60 million volume of real estate sales.
Since 2013 she worked first as an Educational Consultant advising international executive families moving to Greenwich on schooling in the area and then as a Relocation Destination Consultant, assisting high-level executives and their families with their house search and all aspects of the move to ensure a successful transition. Having worked with so many families moving to Greenwich, Julia has the first-hand experience to understand all the aspects that go into the process of finding the right house.
She understands the specific concerns, anxieties, and needs of international families being relocated, families moving into the area for the first time, or local families looking to move house, and strives to provide the highest levels of consistent, caring, and knowledgeable service to make their house search a positive and rewarding experience. She has been invited twice by the International Committee of the Greenwich REALTORS® Association to speak at their International Day Symposium about the “International Moving Experience to Greenwich” and also invited to speak to the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® on the unique aspects of working with international families.
In 2015 she founded the Greenwich International Ladies Group to provide a social network for international expats in Greenwich, which organizes coffees, outings, and speakers of relevance to the expat community. Julia has extensive knowledge of the housing market in all parts of Greenwich, having lived in many different areas of Greenwich, including Back Country, Old Greenwich, and Riverside, she not only has professional but also personal experience of many neighborhoods in Greenwich.
With her children having attended top private schools in the area as well as a boarding school and also Greenwich Public Schools from Elementary through to High School, and with children currently at University in the UK and in the USA, her family is fortunate to have experienced and benefitted from the many different high-quality educational options available in the Greenwich area and beyond.

Julia is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Connecticut Association of REALTORS®, Greenwich Association of REALTORS®, and the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service. She is currently on the Greenwich Association of REALTORS® Global Business Committee. She is also a member of SMART MLS.
Community Involvement
Founder and chair of the Greenwich International Ladies Group, a social and information-sharing group for international expats living in Greenwich currently with over 200 members. Volunteer with Jewish Family Services of Greenwich supporting their refugee resettlement program. Former Chair of the Host Family program at Rye Country Day School, where she welcomed many new families to the school and the area. Julia has been on the Committee of various charity fundraisers in Greenwich, including Time for Lyme and the Undies Project.
Julia was President of her Private Road Association in Back Country Greenwich for many years and Chair of various committees at Rye Country Day School and the Greenwich Public Schools, including Parkway Elementary, Western Middle School, and Greenwich High School. She was also a member of the Western Middle School PTA Executive Committee. She has traveled extensively and enjoys dining out and playing tennis.
She loves to spend time at the Greenwich beaches in the Summer and ski with her family in the Catskills at weekends in the Winter.
